§1 SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Drumsbyrequest.com masters audio data transferred by the customer and sends it back to the service user electronically. Drumsbyrequest.com provides the customer with duplicable, high-quality drum masters free from defects in return for payment. A pre-contractual obligation comes into being between the customer and online-mastering.com through uploading audio data and placing an order in the customer section of our website; the actual contract only comes into effect on payment.
The customer must check the master files on receipt and place a complaint within 5 working days in the event of defects, see Exclusion of Liability.
You must be 18 years or older and provide us with correct contact details, including a valid e-mail address, in your registration to enter into a business relationship with us. Misuse using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
§2 PRICES, TAXES & PAYMENT
Please see www.drumsbyrequet.com for up-to-date prices for our service. Invoices are issued solely in Euros and always include 16% value-added tax. The price calculator on our website is for information purposes only. Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal, you may also pay by bank transfer on receipt of your invoice. All prices listed on the website are subject to alteration at any time without notice. Orders placed previously to alteration remain unaffected by any changes.
§3 DATA STORAGE
Drumsbyrequest.com stores its users audio data in person-related, protected directories on our 128 Bit SSL-coded server. These are automatically removed from the system 60 days after uploading. We therefore request that you always download and secure your master files within 60 days.
§4 TERMINATION OF INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS
Drumsbyrequest.com reserves the right to delete individual files or its entire directory without notice at any time, should we have reason to assume non-compliance with the GT&Cs, particularly misuse of our service.
§5 EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
This website and all services offered on it are regarded as accepted as seen. Drumsbyrequest.com expressly accepts NO liability for any damages which might arise from the use of our service.
You, the customer, have understood and given your consent that uploading or downloading data and files always takes place at your own risk. Online-mastering.com is expressly NOT responsible for any damages which might arise to your files and/ or your computer system through the use of our service. You, the customer, must always check all audio data processed by us for faultlessness on receipt/ download. Should you have any complaints concerning master files provided by us, we request that you inform us within five working days. Should you fail to notify us of any defects within this period, the master files are regarded as flawless and as stipulated in the contract overall. Claims for express warranty are then ruled out. Drumsbyrequest.com is expressly NOT liable for any (financial) damages which might arise form the use of defective master data.
§6 CONTENT
The operators of this website expressly do NOT guarantee that the information provided is exact, complete or up-to-date and accept NO responsibility for this. Claims for liability which might result from any use of the data provided are thus ruled out in advance. All offers on this website are subject to alteration. Offers, prices and all other information published on this website may be extended, altered and removed by the operator without notice at any time.

Although we carefully screen external links, we accept no liability for their content. The operators of linked sites are solely responsible for their content.

We treat all customer information as strictly confidential. This data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties in any way. Undesired SPAM messages sent to the e-mail addresses provided by us will be prosecuted under criminal law. All audio data on our server remain the sole property of the customer at all times. All rights reserved.
§10 REGISTERED TRADEMARK
Drumsbyrequest.com is a registered trademark. All picture and text content, programming and graphic layout is subject to our unlimited copyright. Any unlawful publication or use by third parties is prohibited. Copyright violations will be prosecuted under criminal law.
§11 LEGAL DOMICILE & MODIFICATION OF THE GT&Cs
Users of this website acknowledge that any legal proceedings must always be carried out at the company’s location. The entire contractual relationship is subject to German law. The legal domicile is Braunschweig, Germany. Drumsbyrequest.com reserves the right to alter or supplement these GT&Cs without notice at any time and to discontinue the service entirely.
